Notice of Successor Trustee. Upon acceptance of appointment by a successor trustee as provided herein, the Corporation shall cause to be mailed notice of the succession of such trustee hereunder to the Holders. If the Shareholders or the Corporation shall fail to cause such notice to be mailed within ten (10) days after acceptance of appointment by the successor trustee, the successor trustee shall cause such notice to be mailed at the expense of the Shareholders and the Corporation.
