Notice of Surrounding Work. To the extent that the City and/or Agreement Administrator have advance notice, the City and/or Agreement Administrator will make reasonable efforts to provide reasonable advance notice to Operator of any construction or other work including but not limited to the anticipated Financial District Coastal Resiliency Project, on the FDR overpass or other area immediately surrounding the Heliport that may interfere with Heliport operations.
