Notice of Termination/Resignation of Employment. 2.7.1 The District shall give employees as much notice of termination as possible, but in no event shall an employee receive less than two (2) weeks’ notice of termination. 2.7.2 If an employee resigns, the employee shall give the District as much notice as possible, but in no event less than two (2) weeks before the effective date of the resignation.
