Notice of Unfavorable Report. 8.4.1 Wherever practicable, a permanent unit member will be given an incident report or written notice of any unsatisfactory performance or of need to improve together with an opportunity to improve before such unsatisfactory performance or need to improve is noted on the annual evaluation form.
