(a) The notice period for terminating the employment of an employee is the applicable notice period set out in the following table for the employee’s period of employment with the Employer: Period of Employment Notice Period Less than one (1) year: One (1) week At least one (1) year and less than three (3) years: Two (2) weeks At least three (3) years and less than five (5) years: Four (4) weeks At least five (5) years and less than ten (10) years: Six (6) weeks More than ten (10) years: Eight (8) weeks
