Notice Regarding Affected Faculty Members. Not later than thirty (30) calendar days after the layoff of faculty members is approved, Management shall notify the Chapter of the names of the faculty members who will be laid off and the effective date of such layoff, and shall notify each affected faculty member of the effective date of his or her layoff. A faculty member who has attained tenure shall be entitled to twelve (12) months notice prior to layoff.
