Notice Regarding Dates. For the purpose of determining when a payment is due from the City under this Section IV, the date of commencement of construction and the date on which the County’s first payment on the County Financing is due shall be deemed to be the later of (i) the date set forth by the County in a notice to the City of the anticipated construction commencement date or the date the first payment will be due on the County Financing, as the case may be and (ii) thirty days after such notice.

  • Effective Dates This Letter of Understanding shall take effect for all grievances filed on or after February 1, 2022.   • Due Dates If the payment due date falls on a Sunday or on a holiday that is observed on a Monday, the payment due date shall be the first non-holiday day following such Sunday or holiday.
