Notice to Affected Faculty Member. (s). After it is determined which faculty member(s) will be dismissed as a result of reduction-in-force, the President will meet with each affected faculty member in a personal conference to discuss the proposed RIF. The affected faculty member will also be given written notice of RIF and separation from employment.
