Common use of Notice to Arbitrate Clause in Contracts

Notice to Arbitrate. Either party to this agreement may, in accordance with the Grievance Procedure set out in Article 8, notify the other party, in writing, of its intent to submit to arbitration an unsettled grievance relating to the interpretation, application, operation or alleged violation of this agreement, including any questions as to whether the matter is arbitrable.
