Common use of Notice to Commonwealth Employment Service Clause in Contracts

Notice to Commonwealth Employment Service. Where a decision has been made to terminate Employees in the circumstances outlined in 12.1.1 hereof, the Employer shall notify the Commonwealth Employment Service or its successor thereof as soon as possible giving relevant information including the number and categories of the Employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.

Notice to Commonwealth Employment Service. Where a decision has been made to terminate Employees in the circumstances outlined in 12.1.1 hereofemployees, the Employer employer shall notify the Commonwealth Employment Service or its successor thereof as soon as possible giving relevant information including the number and categories of the Employees employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.

Where where a decision has been made to terminate Employees an employee in the circumstances outlined in 12.1.1 hereofparagraph 5.1.1.1, as soon as possible, the Employer employer shall notify the Commonwealth Employment Service (in the case of a school assistant) or its successor thereof as soon as possible Executive Service (in the case of a teacher), giving relevant information including the number and of categories of the Employees employee likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.

Where a decision has been made to terminate Employees employees in the circumstances outlined in 12.1.1 paragraph 2.8(a) hereof, the Employer employer shall notify the Commonwealth Employment Service or its successor Centrelink thereof as soon as possible giving relevant information including the number and categories of the Employees employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.

Where a decision has been made to terminate Employees employees in the circumstances outlined in 12.1.1 hereofclause 13.1, the Employer employer shall notify the Commonwealth Employment Service or its successor Centrelink thereof as soon as possible giving relevant information including the number and categories of the Employees employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.

Where a decision has been made to terminate Employees employees in the circumstances outlined in 12.1.1 hereofclause 3.6.1 (a) , the Employer shall notify the Commonwealth Employment Service or its successor thereof as soon as possible giving relevant information including the number and categories of the Employees employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations are intended to be carried out.

Where a decision has been made to terminate Employees in the circumstances outlined in 12.1.1 hereofemployees, the Employer company shall notify the Commonwealth Employment Service or its successor thereof as soon as possible possible, giving relevant information including the number and categories of the Employees employees likely to be affected and the period over which the terminations termination’s are intended to be carried out.
