Notice to Contractor The Contractor is required to submit Certificates of Insurance acceptable to the State as evidence of insurance coverage requirements prior to commencing work under this Contract. Contractor shall not commence work under the contract until they have obtained all the insurance described below and the State has approved such insurance. Contractor shall maintain such insurance in force and effect throughout the term of this Contract, unless otherwise specified in this Contract The failure of the Contractor to provide a Certificate of Insurance, for the policies required under this Contract or renewals thereof, or failure of the insurance company to notify the State of the cancellation of policies required under this Contract shall not constitute a waiver by the State to the Contractor to provide such insurance. The State reserves the right to immediately terminate this Contract if the Contractor is not in compliance with the insurance requirements and retains all rights to pursue any legal remedies against the Contractor. All insurance policies must be open to inspection by the State, and copies of policies must be submitted to the State’s Authorized Representative upon written request.
Resignation Notice To resign in good standing, an employee shall give at least ten (10) working days’ notice of resignation. Failure of an employee to give at least ten (10) working days’ notice of resignation will result in loss of the privilege to be rehired in the Minnesota Judicial Branch. The period of notice may be reduced or waived by the Employer or its designees. The employee must be present at work on effective date of separation except as otherwise authorized by the employee's appointing authority An employee shall have the right to withdraw a written resignation within three (3) calendar days of its submission.
CAFA Notice Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1715, not later than ten (10) days after the Agreement is filed with the Court, the Settlement Administrator shall cause to be served upon the Attorneys General of each U.S. State in which Settlement Class members reside, the Attorney General of the United States, and other required government officials, notice of the proposed settlement as required by law, subject to Paragraph 5.1 below.
Notice to Contractors This contract, together with the other documents enumerated in this paragraph, forms the contract between the parties. These documents are as fully a part of the contract as if attached hereto or repeated herein. The Contractor agrees to perform all of the work described in the contract documents and to comply with the terms and conditions defined therein for a total sum of Two Million Two Hundred Fifty-Four Thousand and 00/100 DOLLARS ($2, 254,000.00), said amount being subject to any approved addenda or change order.
Termination for Lack of Funding If this Contract is funded by public funds or a grant from a public or private entity, and the funds are not appropriated or the grant is discontinued, the County may terminate this Contract by written notice specifying the date of termination. The County shall pay for all work properly performed up to the effective date of the notice of termination.
Notice to the Union At the time notice of displacement is issued, a copy of the notice shall be sent to the Union xxxxxxx.
Notice to Employer Employee agrees to notify Employer immediately of any employers for whom Employee works or provides services (whether or not for remuneration to Employee or a third party) during the Specified Term or within the Restrictive Period. Employee further agrees to promptly notify Employer, during Employee’s employment with Employer, of any contacts made by any gaming licensee which concern or relate to an offer of future employment (or consulting services) to Employee.
Termination of Funding County may terminate this Contract in any fiscal year in that it is determined there is not sufficient funding. California Constitution Article XVI Section 18.
Voluntary Request for Assistance A member may voluntarily enter rehabilitation without a requirement of prior testing. A member who desires Employee Assistance Program (EAP) assistance may notify the City's EAP Administrator. A member who seeks voluntary assistance through his/her own service provider without notifying the City's EAP Administrator will not receive the protections from discipline afforded by this Section 17.11. Any member who does voluntarily seek assistance and who notifies the City's EAP Administrator before the member is asked to submit to a drug or alcohol test or is under investigation for drug or alcohol abuse, shall not be disciplined, but the member must:
As to Contract Time Should the Design Professional disagree with the Contractor as to the amount of the adjustment to the Contract Time and such disagreement not be resolved between them within seven days, the decision of the Design Professional as to any adjustment in the Contract Time, including any designation by the Design Professional of such time as is eligible for Time Dependent Overhead Costs, shall be final, subject to protest to the Owner of the Design Professional’s decision as set forth in Section 5 Part 2.
