Common use of Notice to Continue Clause in Contracts

Notice to Continue. If the Contractor gives notice to the Authority under Clause 69.5 (Unable to Agree) that it wishes to terminate this Contract, then the Authority has the option either to accept such notice or to respond in writing on or before the date falling ten (10) Business Days after the date of its receipt stating that it requires this Contract to continue. If the Authority gives the Contractor such notice, then:
