Notice to Contractor. Any notice to or demand upon the Contractor will be sufficiently given if delivered at the office of the Contractor specified in the Bid (or at such other office as the Contractor may from time to time designate to the Owner in writing), or if delivered by the United States Mail in a sealed, postage-prepaid envelope, or delivered by facsimile transmission, followed by written confirmation, in each case addressed to such office.
