Acceptability of insureds. The insurance policies required by this section shall be issued by an insurance company or companies admitted to do business in the State of California, subject to the jurisdiction of the California Insurance Commissioner, and with a rating in the most recent edition of Best’s Insurance Reports of size category XV or larger and a rating classification of A+ or better.
