Notice to Contractor. If to the Contractor, to the Project Representative, at such address specified in writing by the Project Representative, provided that copies of notices pertaining to a failure on the part of the Contractor to perform in accordance with the terms of this Contract shall be sent to the Project Representative and to: [Contractor Info] Notice, Effective Date. Notices delivered by mail shall be deemed effective three (3) business days after mailing in accordance with this Section.
