NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS. Dogs need to be present only for scheduled judging and will be released if not needed for further judging. Dogs must be ready for judging. Neither the club nor the Show Secretary will be responsible or obligated to furnish any service for notifying exhibitors or their agents of Breed or Class judging. Judges need not wait for any dog holding up the class. Owners or agents alone are responsible for the presence of their dogs in the judging rings. Dogs May Arrive any time prior to their scheduled time of judging. Dogs not required for further judging will be excused. Exhibitors should follow their veterinarian’s recommendation to assure their dogs are free of internal and exter- nal parasites, any communicable diseases and have appropriate vaccinations. If because of riots, wars, strikes, civil disturbances, national emergencies, health emergencies, and the dictates of law enforcement or of the owner (s) of the grounds and/or facilities or other acts beyond the control of the man- agement it is impossible to open or to complete the event, no refund of entry fee will be made. Extreme weather conditions, such as, but not limited to snowstorms, hurricanes, lightening, extreme heat, heavy rains, or other circumstances including, but not limited to, the condition of the facilities or grounds and/or the ingress and egress from the grounds, must be considered for the health and safety of the dogs, exhibitors and spectators. The well-being of dogs, exhibitors and spectators is of paramount importance and, in the event it is necessary to cancel or stop the event before completion, no refund of the entry fee will be made. All equipment, crates must be removed from the building by 10 am Nov 19, 2024. There will be no off loading during the obedience & rally competitions on Wednesday November 15th. All regulations governing the use of this facility and all regulations and decisions of the Show Committee of this show giving club on these days will be strictly enforced, but not limited to that which is recorded in the premium list. Grooming & Vending area will be in the same building as the Show. This is a self cleaning show and all exhibitors will be required to keep their areas clean. In the free grooming area, crates must be stacked and there is NO elec- tricity available. EXHIBITORS AND HANDLERS will be held responsible for clean conditions in and around their crates. Exhibitors who do not keep their areas clean will be asked to leave. Dogs may be exercised only in designat- ed areas outside the show building. You are welcome to bring your own exercise pens, but they must be set up in designated places. Exercise pens are not to be left unattended. This will be strictly enforced. NOTICE TO EXHIBITORS. All regulations governing the use of this facility Bitch, Reserve Winners Dog & Bitch, Best Bred By Exhibitor, Best Puppy, and all regulations and decisions of the Show Committee of this show giving club on these days will be strictly enforced, but not limited to that which is recorded in the premium list. Grooming & Vending area will be in the same building as the Show. This is a self cleaning show and all exhibitors will be required to keep their areas clean. In the free grooming area, crates must be stacked and there is NO elec- tricity available. EXHIBITORS AND HANDLERS will be held responsible for clean conditions in and around their crates. Exhibitors who do not keep their areas clean will be asked to leave. Dogs may be exercised only in designat- ed areas outside the show building. You are welcome to bring your own exercise pens, but they must be set up in designated places. Exercise pens are not to be left unattended. This will be strictly enforced.
