Notice to Owners. Not less than the 30th day next preceding the Mode Change Date, the Trustee shall mail by first-class mail, or transmit in such other manner (such as by Electronic Means) as may be customary for the industry and as directed in writing by the Authority, in the name of the Authority, a notice of such proposed change to the Owners, with a copy to the MSRB, stating that the Mode will be changed to the Fixed Rate Mode, the proposed Mode Change Date and that such Owner is required to tender such Owner’s 2024 Series C-2 Bonds for purchase on such proposed Mode Change Date.
