Common use of Notice to the Association Clause in Contracts

Notice to the Association. (a) The ASSOCIATION shall be given reasonable notice as to a hearing at any level once a formal Grievance has been filed and shall be entitled to have a representative present at such hearing. (b) The ASSOCIATION shall be given the opportunity to be present at all Formal Level Grievance Proceedings even if the Grievant does not desire ASSOCIATION representation.
