Notices and Filings. Seller and Purchaser shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cooperate with each other (at no cost or expense to the Party whose cooperation is requested, other than any de minimis cost or expense or any cost or expense which the requesting Party agrees in writing to reimburse) to provide written notice to any Person under any Tenant Leases, Contracts, Licenses and Permits, and to effect any registrations or filings with any Governmental Authority or other Person, regarding the change in ownership of the Property or the Business. This Section 8.7 shall survive the Closing.
