Common use of Notices and Filings Clause in Contracts

Notices and Filings. Each Party will give any notices to, make any filings with, and use its best efforts to obtain, as soon as practicable any Governmental Approvals, if any, required of such Party for or in connection with the Transaction. Until the Closing, the Seller shall cause the Company to provide the Purchaser with all information and material relating to a business combination report in respect of the Transaction with the Korea Fair Trade Commission or any other filings required to be made with any other Governmental Authority without delay.
