Borrower shall timely comply with and promptly furnish to Bank true and complete copies of any material notice or claim by any Governmental Authority pertaining to the Property. Borrower shall promptly notify Bank of any fire or other casualty or any notice of taking or eminent domain action or proceeding affecting the Property.

Borrower will timely comply with and promptly furnish to Lender true and complete copies of any notice or claim by any governmental authority pertaining to any Lot or Home. Borrower will promptly notify Lender of any fire or casualty or any notice of taking or eminent domain action or proceeding affecting any Lot or Home. If all or any portion of any Lot or Home is taken in an eminent domain action or proceeding, the condemnation proceeds resulting from such action or proceeding shall be paid to Lender and applied on the same basis as if the Property had been sold for the condemnation proceeds.

Borrower will timely comply with and promptly furnish to Lender true and complete copies of any official notice of violation or claim by any Governmental Authority pertaining to any Lot mortgaged to Lender or any Home to be constructed thereon. Borrower will promptly notify Lender of any fire or casualty or any notice of taking or eminent domain action or proceeding affecting any such Lot or Home. In the event any such Lot or Home is taken in an eminent domain action or proceeding, the condemnation proceeds resulting from such action or proceeding shall be paid to Lender to be applied as a prepayment of the Indebtedness, except as may be otherwise provided in the Deed of Trust.

Borrower shall promptly notify Lender of any fire or other casualty or any notice of taking or eminent domain action or proceeding affecting the Property or any Partnership Property.

Borrower will timely comply with and promptly furnish to Agent true and complete copies of any official notice or claim by any Governmental Authority pertaining to any Lot mortgaged to Agent or any Home to be constructed thereon. Borrower will promptly notify Agent of any fire or casualty or any notice of taking or eminent domain action or proceeding affecting any such Lot or Home. In the event any such Lot or Home is taken in an eminent domain action or proceeding, the condemnation proceeds resulting from such action or proceeding shall be paid to Agent to be applied as a prepayment of the Indebtedness.

Borrower shall promptly notify Lender of any fire or other casualty or any notice of taking or eminent domain action or proceeding affecting any portion of the Premises. Borrower shall maintain the Insurance Policies in full force and effect until the Indebtedness is fully paid and performed.

Borrower shall timely comply with and promptly furnish to Lender true and complete copies of any material notice or material claim by any Governmental Authority pertaining to Borrower, any Project or the other Borrower Collateral and any notice or order from FERC pertaining to any Project or any written notice from any Person that legal action may be or has been initiated challenging the eligibility of any of the Projects as a Qualifying Facility. Borrower shall promptly notify Lender of any eminent domain action or similar proceeding affecting any Project or any fire or other casualty affecting any Project resulting in more than fifty thousand Dollars ($50,000) in damage.
