Notices and Demands Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, a notice, demand or other communication under this Agreement by any party to any other shall be sufficiently given or delivered if it is dispatched by registered or certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested, or delivered personally, and
Notices Required (1) The proposed Settlement Classes shall be given a single notice of hearings at which the Courts will be asked to approve the Settlement Agreement and Class Counsel Fees.
Notices and Service 13.1 Any notice or other information required or authorised by this Agreement to be given by either party to the other shall be given by sending via pre-paid registered post, email, facsimile transmission or other comparable means of communication.

The transmission confirmation receipt from the sender’s facsimile machine shall be evidence of successful facsimile delivery.
Notices and Communications Any legal notice under this Agreement shall be in writing to the other party at such address as the other party may designate from time to time for the receipt of such legal notice and shall be deemed to be received on the earlier of the date actually received or on the fourth day after the postmark if such legal notice is mailed first class postage prepaid. In relation to communications other than legal notices under this Agreement, each party may communicate with and provide information to the other party in whatever medium deemed appropriate. This may include the use of e-mail, the internet or other electronic means, in the place of paper communications.
Notices and Consents Each of the Parties will give any notices to, make any filings with, and use its best efforts to obtain any authorizations, consents, and approvals of governmental authorities necessary in order to consummate the transactions contemplated hereby.
NOTICES AND DOMICILIUM 18.1 The Purchaser and the Seller hereby choose their respective addresses (domicilium citandi et executandi) for all purposes in respect of this Deed of Sale, including all notices and Court process to be delivered in terms hereof, the address recorded below his signature hereunder. Any notice sent by pre-paid registered post shall be deemed to have been received on the fifth day after posting; any notice delivered by hand shall be deemed to have been received on the day of delivery; any notice sent by telefax or electronically transmitted by email, shall be deemed to have been received on the first business day after date of despatch thereof.
NOTICES AND BILLS (a) Notices and bills under this contract must be sent in writing, unless this contract or the National Energy Retail Law and the Rules say otherwise.
