Except as otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement, all notices, demands, requests or other communications which are required or desired to be given hereunder shall be in writing and shall be given personally or by mail through the United States Post Office, addressed to the Party as set forth at the beginning of this Agreement. Licensor hereby designates the College Vice President for Administration as the agent to receive notices intended for Licensor.
