Notices; Material Information, etc. The Borrower shall, within five (5) Business Days after filing, provide to the Administrative Agent written notification of the filing of any litigation against the Borrower or the Transferor which, if a judgment were to be obtained by the plaintiff, would result in the occurrence of an Event of Default or otherwise cause a Material Adverse Effect.
