Notices-Method and Time. Any notices or other communications to Lessor or Lessee required or permitted to be given under this Lease must be in writing and shall be given effectively if: (a) personally served (deemed received when delivered); (b) delivered by a nationally recognized overnight express delivery service (deemed received the next business day); or (b) posted by certified United States Mail, postage prepaid, return receipt requested (deemed received three (3) days after posting).
