Any notice pursuant to this Agreement by the Company or by any Holder to the warrant agent (if so appointed), or by the warrant agent (if so appointed) or by any Holder to the Company, shall be in writing and shall be delivered in person, or mailed first class, postage prepaid, or sent by air delivery service (a) to the Company, at its office, Attention: Chief Financial Officer, or (b) to the warrant agent, at its offices as designated at the time the warrant agent is appointed.
