Notices Regarding Packaging Materials. Sharp shall promptly contact Manufacturer, c/o Manufacturer's Quality Assurance Department (or such other persons or departments as Manufacturer may instruct) in the event Sharp considers any current Packaging Material to be nonconforming with the Specifications or Applicable Law.
