Notices to Certificate Insurer. The Trust Administrator will promptly provide copies to the Certificate Insurer of all reports or statements provided under this Agreement by any Servicer (upon request) or the Master Servicer. The Trustee will promptly provide to the Certificate Insurer all certifications of collateral and document delivery on the date required to be provided by it to any other party in its possession. All notices, statements, reports, certificates or opinions required by this Agreement to be sent to the Certificateholders shall also be sent to the Certificate Insurer.
