Notification Addresses. Notice for the purpose of giving notice as provided in Article 23, the Hospital may be notified through the Chief Human Resources Officer, 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxx, 00000; and the Union through CWA Local 1031, 00 Xxxxxx Xxxx, Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852.
Notification Addresses. The parties to hereby Contract accept, agree, undertake that addresses specified by themselves in Contract herein are their addresses of notification and all and any notification made, sent, forwarded to the said addresses shall be deemed to have been made to themselves. The parties shall further consent to and take on that unless changes to take place in their addresses of corporate seat in conformity with the provisions of the clause 30 of Contract herein are notified to adverse parties in writing as appropriate, notifications made to their prior addresses shall be deemed to have been made to themselves. Notification Addresses. 1) The Parties accept and declare that the addresses stated in the first article of the contract shall be the notification addresses and that the terms and conclusions of any notifications made to those addresses shall be valid unless the change of address has been reported to the other party in writing.

Notification Addresses. Any communication or agreement between the Parties shall be recorded in writing giving the number and title of the project. This shall be sent by letter to the authorized addressee at the latter’s address. In emergencies, communications by fax, telegram or telex shall be allowed provided they are immediately confirmed by letter. The addresses shall be set out in the Financing Agreement.
