Notification and termination of MCO enrollment shall become effective at the following times: For SNBC-SNP Enrollees, when a disenrollment request has been received by the STATE on or before the last day of the month, MCO enrollment shall cease at midnight, Minnesota time, on the first day of the month following the month in which termination was approved. For SNBC non-SNP Enrollees, when termination has been entered on the STATE MMIS on or before the Cut-Off Date, MCO enrollment shall cease at midnight, Minnesota time, on the first day of the month following the month in which termination was entered on the STATE MMIS.
