Common use of Notification of acts Clause in Contracts

Notification of acts. Each of those indemnified under clauses 27.1 and 27.2 must promptly notify every indemnifying Party of any event or circumstance that may reasonably give rise to those indemnified relying upon the indemnities in clauses 27.1 and 27.2.
