Common use of Notification of Administrative Change Clause in Contracts

Notification of Administrative Change. The Contractor shall notify EOHHS in writing no later than 30 days prior to any change affecting it, or its performance of its responsibilities under this Contract, but if a change in business structure is voluntary, the Contractor shall provide a minimum of three months’ notice to EOHHS.
