Additional Contract Terms and Conditions. Section 5.1Contract Term The Contract shall be effective upon execution and end on December 31, 2022; provided, however, that the Contract may be extended for a total of four additional years in any increment at the sole discretion of EOHHS, upon terms agreed upon by the parties. Extension of the Contract is subject to any necessary approvals by Center for Medicare & Medicaid Services, future legislative appropriations, continued legislative authorization, and EOHHS’s determination of satisfactory performance.
