Common use of NOTIFICATION OF AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

NOTIFICATION OF AGREEMENT. Employee shall notify any future or prospective employers, partners or persons with a similar business relationship to Employee ("Future Employers") about the terms of this Agreement for any period during Employee's employment by Employer and for two (2) years after the termination of Employee's employment by Employer. Employee does hereby authorize Employer to notify any Future Employers about the terms of this Agreement upon discovery by Employer that Employee is being considered for employment, partnership or similar business relationship (or has entered into such a relationship) with a Future Employer in order to ensure Employee's observance and compliance herewith.
