Notification of Alcohol Consumption for Unscheduled Work. In the event an employee who is not on standby is called to report for unscheduled work without at least eight (8) hours advance notice and the employee has alcohol in his/her system in an amount that he/she feels may violate section (c) of the Prohibited Conduct section of the Policy, the employee must disclose that he/she is unable to report for the unscheduled work for that reason. Employees who make this disclosure will be excused from reporting for work.
