Notification of Appointment 13. 05.01 Applicants will be advised of the outcome of their application at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the start of the Final Exam Appointment or five (5) calendar days before the start of the Midterm Appointment.

Notification of Appointment 13. 04.01 Applicants will be advised in writing of the outcome of their application at their internal XxXxxx address within thirty-five (35) days from the application deadline. Furthermore, the employer shall endeavor to promptly inform the employee of the particular course to which she has been assigned. Successful applicants will receive two (2) copies of the letter of offer, which shall include the identification of the Hiring Unit, and to the extent available at the time of offer, the position’s title and classification, course title and number, appointment dates, total number of hours and salary.

Furthermore, the employer shall endeavor to promptly inform the employee of the particular course to which she has been assigned. Unsuccessful applicants that are members of the priority pool will be advised in writing of the outcome of their application.

  • Notice of Appointment 14:15 All applicants shall be advised in writing of the outcome of their applications within ten (10) working days after the receipt in the Department of employment of the written acceptance of the position by the successful candidate, and earlier if practicable.
