Term of Appointment. Three years ("Term") RENEWAL TERMS Upon the expiry of the Term, this agreement shall automatically be renewed for further consecutive periods of two years, subject to either party giving notice in writing at least six (6) months prior to the expiry of the relevant Term that it does not wish to renew the agreement.   • Letter of Appointment means the written communication by SAICA to the Contractor recording the acceptance by SAICA of Contractor’s bid subject to the further terms and conditions to be itemized in the contract;
