Term of Appointment. Three years ("Term") RENEWAL TERMS Upon the expiry of the Term, this agreement shall automatically be renewed for further consecutive periods of two years, subject to either party giving notice in writing at least six (6) months prior to the expiry of the relevant Term that it does not wish to renew the agreement.
