NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO PAYING AGENTS. Following receipt of notice of resignation from a Paying Agent and immediately after appointing a successor or new Paying Agent or on giving notice to terminate the appointment of any Paying Agent, the Agent (on behalf of and at the request and at the expense of the Issuer) shall give or cause to be given not more than 45 days' nor less than 30 days' notice of the fact to the Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO PAYING AGENTS. Following receipt of notice of resignation from the Agent or any Paying Agent and forthwith upon appointing a successor Agent or, as the case may be, other Paying Agents or on giving notice to terminate the appointment of any Agent or, as the case may be, Paying Agent, the Agent (on behalf of and at the expense of the Issuer) shall give or cause to be given not more than 60 calendar days’ nor less than 30 calendar days’ notice thereof to the Holders in accordance with the Conditions.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO PAYING AGENTS. Following receipt of notice of resignation from the Agent or any other Paying Agent and forthwith upon appointing a successor Agent or, as the case may be, further or other Paying Agent(s) or on giving notice to terminate the appointment of any Agent or, as the case may be, Paying Agent, the Agent (on behalf of and at the expense of the Issuer (failing which the Parent) shall give or cause to be given not more than 45 days' nor less than 30 days' notice thereof to the Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO PAYING AGENTS. Following receipt of notice of resignation from a Paying Agent and immediately after appointing a successor or new Paying Agent or on giving notice to terminate the appointment of any Paying Agent, the Agent (on behalf of and at the expense of the Issuer) shall give or cause to be given notice of the fact promptly, to the Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO PAYING AGENTS. Following receipt of notice of resignation from a Paying Agent and forthwith upon the Relevant Issuer and (in the case of Guaranteed Notes) the Guarantor appointing a successor or new Paying Agent or on the Relevant Issuer and (in the case of Guaranteed Notes) the Guarantor giving notice to terminate the appointment of any Paying Agent, the Agent (on behalf of and at the expense of the Relevant Issuer, failing which (in the case of Guaranteed Notes) the Guarantor) shall give or cause to be given not more than 45 days' nor less than 30 days' notice thereof to the Noteholders in accordance with the Conditions.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO PAYING AGENTS. Following receipt of notice of resignation from the Agent or any other Paying Agent and forthwith upon appointing a successor Agent or, as the case may be, further or other Paying Agents or on giving notice to terminate the appointment of any Agent or, as the case may be, other Paying Agent, the Agent (on behalf of and at the expense of the relevant Issuer or the Guarantor (in respect of Notes issued by Alpha PLC)) shall give or cause to be given not more than 45 days' nor less than 30 days' notice thereof to the Noteholders and the Alpha Bank Noteholders Agent (in respect of Alpha Bank Notes) in accordance with the Conditions.
NOTIFICATION OF CHANGES TO PAYING AGENTS. Following receipt of notice of resignation from the Agent or any other Paying Agent and forthwith upon appointing a successor Agent or, as the case may be, further or other Paying Agents or on giving notice to terminate the appointment of any Agent or, as the case may be, other Paying Agent, the Agent, in the form of notice agreed between the Issuer and the Agent, (on behalf of and at the expense of the relevant Issuer or the Guarantor (in respect of Notes issued by Piraeus PLC)) shall give or cause to be given not more than 45 days' nor less than 30 days' notice thereof to the Noteholders and the Piraeus Bank Noteholders Agent (in respect of Piraeus Bank Notes) in accordance with the Conditions.
