Notification of Decision. After the meeting the Musician will be informed of the Manager’s decision. This will be communicated to the Musician in writing within 10 working days of the meeting and the Musician will be notified of his/her right to appeal against the decision if he/she is not satisfied with it. If it is not possible for the Manager to respond with his/her decision within 10 working days the Manager will give an explanation to the Musician for the delay and inform him/her when a response can be expected.
