Common use of Notification of Exposure Clause in Contracts

Notification of Exposure. Before each occasion on which it intends to implement the provisions of this Clause 15, the Security Agent shall send notice to each Hedge Counterparty, each Operating Facility Lender and each relevant Agent (on behalf of the relevant Senior Secured Creditors) requesting that it notify it of, respectively, its Exposure and that of each Senior Secured Creditor (if any).
