Common use of Notification of Exposure Clause in Contracts

Notification of Exposure. Before each occasion on which it intends to implement the provisions of this Clause 20, the Intercreditor Agent shall send notice to each Hedge Counterparty and the Credit Facility Agent requesting that it notify the Intercreditor Agent of, respectively, its Exposure and that of each Credit Facility Lender (if any).
