Common use of Notification of Exposure Clause in Contracts

Notification of Exposure. Before each occasion on which it intends to implement the provisions of this Clause 18, the Security Agent shall send notice to each Hedge Counterparty and the relevant Creditor Representative (on behalf of the Credit Facility Lenders) requesting that it notify it of, respectively, its Exposure and that of each Credit Facility Lender (if any).

Notification of Exposure. Before each occasion on which it intends to implement the provisions of this Clause 1817, the Security Agent shall send a notice to each Hedge Counterparty Counterparty, each Cash Management Provider and the relevant Creditor Representative Agent (on behalf of the Credit Facility Senior Lenders) and Bondholders Agent (on behalf of the Bondholders) requesting that it notify it of, respectively, its Exposure and that of each Credit Facility Senior Lender and/or Bondholder (if any).
