Common use of Notification of Exposure Clause in Contracts

Notification of Exposure. Before each occasion on which it intends to implement the provisions of this Clause 18, the Security Agent shall send notice to each Hedge Counterparty and the relevant Creditor Representative (on behalf of the Credit Facility Lenders) requesting that it notify it of, respectively, its Exposure and that of each Credit Facility Lender (if any).
