Common use of NOTIFICATION OF INCIDENTS, CLAIMS OR SUITS Clause in Contracts

NOTIFICATION OF INCIDENTS, CLAIMS OR SUITS. Contractor shall report to County: (1) Any accident or incident relating to services performed under this Agreement which involves injury or property damage which may result in the filing of a claim or lawsuit against Contractor and/or County. Such report shall be made in writing within twenty-four (24) hours of occurrence. (2) Any third party claim or lawsuit filed against Contractor arising from or related to services performed by Contractor under this Agreement. (3) Any injury to a Contractor employee which occurs on County property. This report shall be submitted on a County "Non-Employee Injury Report" to County contract manager. (4) Any loss, disappearance, destruction, misuse, or theft of any kind whatsoever of County property, monies, or securities entrusted to Contractor under the terms of this Agreement.
