NOTIFICATION OF INCIDENTS, CLAIMS OR SUITS. Lessee shall notify County of any accident or incident on or about the Premises which involves injury or property damage over Fifty Thousand Dollars ($50,000.00) in the aggregate and pursuant to which a claim against Lessee and/or County is made or threatened. Such notification shall be made in writing within 72 hours after Xxxxxx first becomes aware of the claim or threatened claim.
