Notification of Incorrect Certificate. The Company will, at any time during the term of this Agreement, as supplemented from time to time, advise the Manager immediately after it shall have received notice or obtained knowledge thereof, of any information or fact that would alter or affect any opinion, certificate, letter and other document provided to the Manager pursuant to Section 6 herein.

Notification of Incorrect Certificate. The Company will, at any time during the term of this Agreement, as supplemented from time to time, promptly advise the Managers after it shall have received notice or obtained knowledge of any information or facts that would cause the Registration Statement or the Prospectuses to contain an untrue statement of a material fact or omit to state a material fact necessary to make the statements therein, in the light of the circumstances under which they were made, not misleading, or that would cause any certificate or opinion delivered pursuant to this Agreement to be untrue or inaccurate in any material respect.
