Common use of Notification of Information for Telecommunication Carrier Clause in Contracts

Notification of Information for Telecommunication Carrier. If the Subscriber sends an SMS, and the telecommunication carrier which owns or operates the telecommunication line on which the SMS transmission was sent deems sending such SMS a prohibited act upon the request by such telecommunication carrier’s user, the Subscriber agrees that such telecommunication carrier may notify SORACOM and other telecommunication carriers of such Subscriber’s Subscriber ID, such SMS time of receipt, content of such SMS and any other information related to such SMS that the telecommunication carrier sees fit.
