The following dates are established for the notification of probationary Faculty who are not being reappointed: Probationary Year of Employment Notification Date First year By March 1 Second year By December 15 Third year By August 15 of the year preceding the terminal academic year of employment Fourth year By August 15 of the year preceding the terminal academic year of employment Fifth year By August 15 of the year preceding the terminal academic year of employment Sixth year By March 15 of the year preceding the terminal academic year of employment [in accord with University Policy and Procedures Regarding Faculty Tenure (Addendum B of this Agreement)]
