Common use of Notification of Personnel Clause in Contracts

Notification of Personnel. (a) If and when so requested by CHH, Project Co shall, within 3 Business Days of such request, provide a list of the names of all persons it expects may require admission, in connection with this Project Agreement, to any premises occupied by CHH, specifying the capacities in which those persons are concerned with this Project Agreement and, subject to Applicable Law, giving such other particulars as CHH may reasonably require.
