Notification of Problems with Delivery. Producer shall inform Gavilon of any problem regarding any shipment of Product, without delay, by fax, telephone, or email, after Producer becomes aware of any such problem. This may include an event that could result in an unscheduled Facility shutdown, or the possible event that one or more Product orders are not available from Producer in the quantity originally set out in the Confirmed Order. Gavilon shall inform Producer of any problems in delivering Transport Vessels in accordance with the Delivery Schedule.

Seller shall inform Purchaser of any problem regarding any shipment of Biodiesel, without delay, by fax and telephone after Seller becomes aware of any such problem. An example of this includes, but is not limited to the possible event that one or more Biodiesel orders are not available from Seller in the quantity originally set out in the Confirmed Order. Purchaser shall inform Seller, without delay, by fax or telephone of any problems in delivering Transport Vessels in accordance with the Delivery Schedule or taking any shipment of Biodiesel.

Each Party shall inform the other Party of any problem regarding any Delivery or shipment of Product within one (1) Business Day by facsimile, email or telephone, after a Party becomes aware of any such problem. An example of such problem(s) includes, but is not limited to, a difference in the quantity of the Delivery of Product from that quantity set out in the applicable Confirmation.

Gavilon shall promptly inform Buyer of any problem regarding any Feedstock delivery, including the possible event that Feedstock is not available for purchase by Gavilon in the quantity or type originally ordered per the relevant Confirmed Order. Similarly, Buyer shall promptly inform Gavilon of any problems in accepting any Feedstock delivery. 6.3
Notification of Problems with Delivery. LIPID shall inform Buyer of any problem regarding any Delivery, without delay, by fax and telephone after LIPID becomes aware of any such problem. An example of this includes, but is not limited to, the possible event that one or more ordered Feedstock are not available to purchase by LIPID from the market in the quantity originally ordered per the relevant Delivery Schedule. In a like manner, Buyer shall inform LIPID of any problems in taking any Delivery.

An example of such problem(s) includes, but is not limited to, a difference in the quantity of the Delivery of Product from that quantity set out in the applicable Confirmation.

Similarly, Buyer shall promptly inform Gavilon of any problems in accepting any Corn delivery.

An example of this includes, but is not limited to, the possible event that one or more ordered Feedstock are not available for purchase by CTG from the market in the quantity originally ordered per the relevant Confirmed Order. In a like manner, Buyer shall inform CTG of any problems in taking any Feedstock delivery.

Nova shall inform Xxxxx, without delay, by fax or electronic mail, and telephone of any problems in delivering Transport Vessels in accordance with the Delivery Schedule or taking any Delivery of Products.
