Notification of Selection to Applicant. The TDHE shall notify applicants who are selected for Program participation in writing. The notification shall include, at a minimum, the following information: 1. A statement that the family has been documented as eligible for participation in the Low Rent Program; 2. If applicable, the time and place for training activities and execution of the Lease Agreement; 3. The address of the unit; and 4. Notification that the family has Three (3) days in which to respond to the notice, either by accepting or rejecting the unit offered. Failure to respond shall be regarded as a rejection of the offer.
